Interior design, from Pre-Project to Full Build-Out
Whether for a full renovation of a house, villa, or apartment, or the renovation of just a room—bathroom, office, kitchen, dressing room—or a complete new construction, the steps and approach proposed and followed by DALGA DECOR remain consistent.
Regardless of the project—private or professional—DALGA DECOR always begins with a "site visit." Once this visit is completed and DALGA DECOR is selected by the client, several working sessions and exchanges with the client occur, culminating in a pre-project presentation. This pre-project may offer several options. Once validated by the client, the finalized project will detail all aspects (colors, materials, etc.), and upon request, 3D presentations and perspectives are provided. "Mood boards" related to the main rooms and spaces are displayed and presented. Once validated by the client, DALGA DECOR proceeds to the final step, creating all technical plans for the various companies involved in the project. By providing these technical plans, DALGA DECOR can obtain an initial estimate for the projected work and present the client with a consolidated estimated budget. This rigorous approach provides the client with a precise cost estimate close to the finished project and the ability to compare it with the client's forecasted budget.
Project Management
Maintain Control and High Quality from Start to Finish
Once the global planning for all projected work is established and approved by the client, the project enters the execution phase. This phase marks the beginning of weekly on-site meetings with the involved and retained companies.
All on-site meetings generate a comprehensive and detailed report regarding completed work, remaining tasks, adherence to the schedule, and, when appropriate, a set of photos. All reports are sent to both the companies and the client.
Manufacturing Unit, Millwork and Custom-Manufactured Furniture
With its own manufacturing unit, DALGA DECOR can offer the creation, conception, manufacturing, and installation of joinery—libraries, dressings, tables, seats, kitchen furniture, and wine cellars.
In the manufacturing unit located in the Basque Country, woodworkers manufacture and implement millwork—paneling, furniture—designed by DALGA DECOR interior designers in close collaboration with the integrated engineering office responsible for detailed manufacturing plans. The manufacturing unit is equipped with all the necessary and modern equipment and machines to transform wood, and to apply varnish and lacquer.
Renovation of One Room or Total Renovation of the House, Villa, or Apartment
Whether renovating the interior of a living space or undertaking a significant transformation and renovation of a recently acquired house, villa, or apartment, or a professional project, for DALGA DECOR, there is no such thing as a small project.
Interior design may involve reorganizing existing spaces and rooms or fully modifying a house facade by creating new windows or bay windows. DALGA DECOR can also integrate pieces of the client's furniture they wish to retain as part of the new project. Over the years, DALGA DECOR has collaborated with various selected companies highly recognized for their expertise and quality of work in their respective domains. When clients recommend their selected companies for a project, DALGA DECOR is always open to retaining them, provided they meet the quality standards and expertise required for project completion.
